Nota de Ron: Conocí a Angela Mendoza en la ciudad de Oaxaca en el Pochote y Mercados Sánchez Pascuas en el año 2004. He tenido el placer de visitarla en su casa, en Teotitlán del Valle, donde ha preparado algunas de las comidas más deliciosas que he comido. En los últimos años he trabajado con tres de sus hijos - Verónica, Luis y Sergio -, ya que han aprendido a utilizar la Web, particularmente Flickr y Facebook. Gracias a esta familia que he aprendido un poco de la lengua zapoteca local. Ron's note: I first met Angela Mendoza in Oaxaca City at the Pochote and Sanchez Pascuas Markets in 2004. I have had the pleasure of visiting her in her home in Teotitlán del Valle where she has prepared some of the most delicious meals I have ever eaten. The past few years I have worked with three of her children -- Veronica, Luis and Sergio -- as they have learned how to use the Web, particularly Flickr and Facebook. Thanks to this family I have learned a bit of the local Zapotec language.
